Postage & Delivery

We use use Royal Mail First Class or Second Class for deliveries. First Class takes 1-2 working days and second class takes 4-5 working days.

There can be potential delays due to COVID-19 or peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter, and Black Friday (which can take 3-4 weeks on top). Currently some Royal Mail offices are prioritizing COVID-19 vaccination letters and test kits so please take this into consideration.

We sincerely apologize for any delays caused in deliveries however it is out of our control. We hope your package will be with you soon. Thank you for your patience!

All postal services are closed over bank holidays and deliveries cannot be dispatched on a Sunday.

We offer Special Delivery via Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1-4pm. For an order to be received next day you must place your order by 1pm.

It is the customer's responsibility to make an informed decision on the type of delivery chosen. If Royal Mail lose the parcel a partial refund can be provided, but the postage cost cannot be refunded. 

Delivery dispatch will occur within 1-3 working days for Second Class delivery. 

All International Deliveries are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. The minimum time is 1-4 weeks however due to coronavirus please allow up to 12 weeks for International Delivery.

When track and traced is used, we do not refund or resend products that are tracked as being delivered. Accordingly, we advise that elect a safe address to have your products delivered to. 

It is the customer's obligation to provide the correct address at checkout. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses provided. If you have realized you have provided the incorrect address notify us as soon as possible to provide the correct address. If the order has been shipped already, refunds will not be offered.
